The Discovery Coaching Package is an introduction to your current emotional intelligence, literacy, agility, and resiliency. It includes an Emotional Regulation Dashboard Assessment, EMORe (Emotional Regulation) Deck, one (1) debriefing/coaching session of the results of your assessment, and two (2) additional coaching sessions.
