Service Description

What is dignity and what does it have to do with conflict? Dignity could be described as the emotion of feeling worth, deserving of self-respect and empowerment to decide for self. Conflict often leaves individuals wondering “why?”. “Why did the other person do/not do that?”. “Why do we try to talk about our issues only to end up fighting?”. “Why can’t we seem to work this out?”. These questions can bring up feelings of hopelessness, frustration, anger, stubbornness, anxiety or a myriad of other emotions. Maybe the answer to “why?” are the emotions that connect what we know to do in conflict and what we actually do. Book a session today to learn how to leverage emotional regulation before, during and after conflict!
